Balancing Bath Tea Bags - Meditation - Relaxation


Bath tea combines the benefits of aromatherapy with the direct application of herbs to promote relaxation. Bath teas are packaged. You take one, toss it in your bath water, let it steep for 2-3 minutes. When finished with your both, simply toss the bath tea bag away. No fuss, no cleanup.

Great for use after workouts, or after a stressful day. Also good before meditation or yoga. We use it, along with the meditation spray, for a peaceful meditation season.
